Do or learn something new everyday. You start making a progress when you do this. Also when you have learnt or done something new you get a sense of achievement. Do small things and make yourself happy.
Help someone when you know they need it. They will definitely thank you and you will end up feeling good about it. You will start believing in yourself that you are worth something.
Enroll into a gym or start exercising everyday. If you do not like exercising, then enroll in dancing or any type of physical activity and encourage your mind and body to achieve targets.
