In order to have high self esteem at work, you need to start changing the way you think. This means that you need to focus on your successes rather than your failures. So, spend time remembering all the occasions where you met your goals. Keep telling yourself that you have the ability to achieve anything at work. Try to visualize yourself being a success at work and achieving your targets and goals. At the same time, make sure that you eat well, get enough rest and also take time to let go of work-related stress. All these can have a negative impact on your self esteem.
Maintain a journal to highlight your daily progress. Take time to read and you will see yourself that you are getting better and better at work. The main aim of the journal should be get organized, set targets and ensure that you are working towards the targets. Once this becomes apparent, your self esteem will also increase at work.
